Plastic bottle exam question

Stretch-blown PET bottles

The Year 7 test 'particle model and separating mixtures' contains a question about a plastic bottle. The question is a bit confusing because the picture shows an older type of lemonade bottle that no longer exists. The image I have placed above is one of the few that I could find that shows this kind of bottle. Modern lemonade bottles have feet molded into the bottom of the Bottle. The old type of lemonade bottle shown in the exam paper has a plastic cup on the bottom and this is a bit confusing.
I hope this makes things less confusing for you.
